I'm not sure about the cheat itself, should it be 0xFFFFFFFF or something smaller like 0x80000000? If it's a time style or counter cheat it would constantly wrap over to 0x00000000.
I also don't know how these work (I can only find the on-time counter), so if someone could look for these in the TEG1 games (Japan versions).
